They depend on you!

In becoming a colony caregiver, you pledge to care for the members of your colony. What happens if you are unable to provide that care due to time away, illness or even death? The volunteers at Community Cat Companions suggest making plans for such an event. It is always advisable to have a backup caregiver for any occasion when you are unable to care for your cats.

They depend on you for food, fresh water and shelter. Be sure to share our contact information with your backup caregiver. In the event that you are no longer able to care for the colony, they or a family member should notify Community Cat Companions of any changes to the permanent care of the colony. We hope to prevent the abandonment of these cats you have so lovingly cared for.
